Benefits of membership include receiving: the IAAAM newsletter published three times a year; the annual conference proceedings; and the membership directory. Members are encouraged to attend the Annual Conference. Full members, life members and honorary life members may vote and hold office in the association.
Membership is available in the following categories:
Full Member: Persons contributing to the advancement of, or devoting a portion of their professional activities to, aquatic animal medicine practice, research, teaching or management.
Student Member: Student Membership is open to all full-time undergraduate, graduate, veterinary, and post doctoral students enrolled in formal programs at academic and comparable institutions as well as individuals enrolled in full time formal internships and residencies. Student members must also submit a note on letterhead from an advisor, school administrator or program director.
Sustaining Member: Individuals, institutions or associations which make significant financial contributions($250 or more) to sustain the IAAAM. (Contact the IAAAM Secretary or Treasurer for additional information)
Library/Institution: Libraries and institutions wishing to receive our newsletters and meeting proceedings.
